Event Photo + Video FAQs

1) What types of events do you cover?

We cover birthdays, baby showers, brand launches, corporate events, private dinners, graduations, proposals, and more. If you’re unsure whether your event is a fit, share the event type, venue, and estimated guest count.

2) Do you offer photography, videography, or both?

Yes—photo-only, video-only, and bundled photo + video coverage are available. If you want the most complete story of your event, the bundle typically delivers the best value.

3) How many hours of coverage do I need?

Most events book 2–5 hours, depending on the schedule. Tell us your start time, key moments (entrances, speeches, cake, performances), and end time, and we’ll recommend coverage that fits.

4) Is there a minimum booking time?

Yes. Events generally require a 2-hour minimum coverage window to account for setup, storytelling, and post-production.

5) What’s included with event photography?

You’ll receive a curated gallery of professionally edited images delivered via an online gallery, ready for download and sharing. Tell us your priorities (details, candids, group photos, red carpet style) so we can plan accordingly.

6) What’s included with event videography?

Event videography typically includes story-driven coverage and an edited deliverable (e.g., a highlight film and/or social clips). Tell us what you want most: a cinematic recap, social reels, speeches, or full coverage of key moments.

7) How fast will we receive our photos and videos?

Turnaround depends on event size and deliverables. If you have a deadline (next-day posting, brand campaign, press release), ask about rush delivery options.

8) Can we get content for Instagram/TikTok the same night?

Sometimes, yes—same-day social deliverables can be added depending on timeline and workload. If this matters, tell us what you need posted and when.

9) Do you provide raw photos or raw video footage?

Raw files are generally not included, but raw footage may be available as an add-on depending on the project. If you want raw, tell us why (archival, internal edits, content team, etc.) so we can recommend the right option.

10) Do you bring lighting?

Yes, when needed. Lighting requirements depend on the venue and vibe. Tell us:

  • Indoor/outdoor
  • Time of day
  • Whether the venue is dim or club-style
  • Any “no flash” restrictions

11) Do you capture audio (speeches, interviews, announcements)?

Yes—especially for video, clean audio matters. Let us know if you’ll have a DJ, mic setup, soundboard, or any planned speaking moments.

12) Can you do group photos and a shot list?

Absolutely. If group photos matter, we recommend assigning a point person to help gather people quickly. Share any “must-have” shots (VIPs, sponsors, décor, performances).

13) How do you handle crowded timelines or surprise moments?

We plan around your schedule, then adapt in real time. The more you share in advance (timeline, special moments, restrictions), the smoother the coverage.

14) Do you work with event planners and coordinators?

Yes—and it typically improves the final result. If you have a planner/coordinator, include their contact info so we can align on timing and logistics.
